Your Rights, Responsibilities & Rules

1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to Suster4D, an online entertainment and betting platform operating under the domain suster4d.ws. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and Suster4D ("Platform", "We").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Suster4D, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the Suster4D platform immediately.

2User Eligibility

To use the services Suster4D, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Residing in Malaysia or accessing the platform from a location where online betting is legally permitted under local law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are not an individual who has placed themselves under a self-exclusion programme or has been barred from the platform.
• Not registering or playing on behalf of another individual.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account active on the platform Suster4D. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, Malaysian mobile number, and date of birth.
• Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify Suster4D immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

For the account verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer), Suster4D may require a copy of your identification documents, such as a Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other official documents. This process is in place to protect your account and prevent fraud.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the platform Suster4D conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods are:

• Deposited funds must be used for betting or gaming purposes on the platform Suster4D only.
• Suster4D reserves the right to decline or place on hold any suspicious deposit.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable, except in specific circumstances approved by Suster4D management.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawing funds from your account Suster4D subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Suster4D support team.
• Players must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus may carry wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

Suster4D reserves the right to suspend or decline withdrawals suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, funds may be held pending investigation.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by Suster4D is subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. You are required to wager an amount equivalent to (bonus amount × the specified wagering multiplier) before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus wagering requirements vary by promotion type — typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Certain games may be excluded from contributing toward bonus wagering requirements, or may carry a different contribution rate (e.g. slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%).
• Bonuses have an expiry period and must be used before the expiration date.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Suster4D reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through unauthorised or irregular means.

7Game Rules

Platform Suster4D offers a wide range of game categories, including slots, Live Casino (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), fish shooting, and other table games. All games operate on an RNG (Random Number Generator) system certified by independent international auditors.

• The outcome of all games is final and not subject to dispute, except on grounds of verifiable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Suster4D will resolve the matter based on recorded server data.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• Players must ensure a stable internet connection while playing. Suster4D is not liable for losses caused by connectivity disruptions on the player's end.

8Sports Betting & E-Sports

Suster4D provides a Sports Betting platform covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), badminton (BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open, Thomas Cup), e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Valorant), and a variety of other sports.

• All sports bets are final once confirmed by the system.
• Bets accepted before the start of a match remain valid even if the schedule or venue changes, unless the match is postponed by more than 24 hours.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded to the player's account.
• Suster4D reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of inaccurate information or at odds that were clearly mispriced (palpable error).
• A parlay/accumulator bet will be voided in its entirety if any single selection within it is involved in a situation that results in cancellation.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform Suster4D and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage.
• Collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse — including making deposits and withdrawals with no genuine intention to play.
• Attempts to access systems or databases Suster4D without authorisation.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any other illegal activity.
• Spreading false or harmful information about Suster4D to the public.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Suster4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The user is engaged in activity suspected to be fraudulent or related to money laundering.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• Based on a management decision made for legitimate business reasons.

In cases of account closure not involving any breach, any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player following a proper review. However, where a breach of terms has occurred, Suster4D reserves the right to withhold the account balance.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team Suster4D via live chat. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes may also be submitted through the same channel.

11Liability Limits & Disclaimer

Platform Suster4D is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available free of technical disruptions.

• Suster4D is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from internet disruptions, user device failures, or power outages.
• Maximum liability amount Suster4D to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy & Data Protection

User personal data management Suster4D governed in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. In summary, we are committed to:

• Collecting only the data necessary for the stated purpose.

13Responsible Gaming

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Suster4D shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration, unless both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation.
